Salary Min:$44,290.00 Salary Max: $75,466.00 OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY Collects and maintains project data to assist staff in documenting, planning, analyzing, and reporting department activities. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES 1. Maintains records of designated projects by type and time of occurrence. 2. Provides project support to staff in addressing the clearing of mandatory and provisos on assigned projects. 3. Researches files, documents and reports to extract data on designated projects. 4. Prepares special, detailed reports and formal presentations of recommendations to management, as requested, on designated projects. 5. Provides technical and professional support in performance studies and makes recommendations regarding user problem determination, systems problem determination, system enhancements and new system requirements. 6. Responsible for keeping up-to-date on current technology being used by M-DCPS. 7. Maintains logs and data base documentation on designated projects. 8. Performs other duties related to general administrative responsibilities of the position. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This work requires the following physical activities: sitting, mobility, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and/or related fields. OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years experience in data collection, statistical analysis, construction management and/or facilities planning. OR Five (5) years experience in data collection, statistical analysis, construction management and/or facilities planning. 2. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. 3.
