"First off, we were warmly greeted by the two girls at the lobby desk. But, one of the girls came over to us and directly welcomed us and spoke to us about our first visit, our insurance and a very big welcome to their office! Very friendly and so nice.Our experience continued with the X-rays and cleaning. ( I felt like I was in good hands with a very thorough exam) She ( Brandi) was very friendly & made me feel so comfortable . My husband felt the same way with his dental hygentist, too. When I met the dentist, Dr Satterlee, he was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole experience was like visiting friends or family. We made the best choice for our new dentist."

"First visit and switching on the advice of a friend. Great staff and doctor who are super nice and help you understand what is going on or what treatment options are available and how they work. They take the nervousness out of going to the dentist for sure! Also, Maggie and Brandy are absolutely fantastic people who helped me the first visit and I appreciate them so much :)"

"When I shared with my coworkers that I needed to see a dentist, two of them said, "go to Crafted Dentistry of Fort Mill." Both of them had great experiences and assured me I would get the same great service. I was surprised at how quickly they worked me in, once they knew I was experiencing a problem. I was a new patient. My first visit was amazing and their team was thorough, kind and very friendly. I went in "in pain", and left feeling great! My second visit was a cleaning and check up and it too was very thorough and personable. Idon't live close, but this is a dentist that I am willing to travel farther to see. Very refreshing! Thank you to everyone at Crafted Dentistry who have taken such great care of my dental needs. Thanks to them I will have a great Christmas!"
