Good shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Food is little pricey. Yet it's a good experience. I visited here on a Saturday evening when they perform some cultural dance. I'm sure that cultural dance event should be there in every evening. There is a car park which is free for an hour.

Walked around the marina.. many restaurants along the area, generally a nice promenade to walk around. Walk around 15-20 minutes from Hilton hotel where i stayed, but there's also bus service from here to the many resorts nearby and also a local yellow bus..

Great tourist place for seafood. If you are looking for nice seafood platters and fresh fruit drinks, it is a place to go for. Best to have Fiji mud crab instead of Singapore mud crab. Since Fiji is famous for mud crab, might as well get local mud crab.

This is where you go to see stunning islands.There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this wonderful harbor.Every shop is clean and tidy.You get access to all you need.Before visiting the islands and returning to your resorts, there are a few supermarkets where you can pick up some water, snacks, and alcohol.

Great little cluster of shops, bars and restaurants. We ate at the Sails fabulous and tucked away. The Bone Fish was another favourite for us. Also where you embark for South seas and other tour boats Can get some great souvenirs and clothing. We shopped at Dresscode collection where we found all the things we were looking for. The staff were very helpful without being pushy. The supermarket - Yee's Xpressmart has most things you need but bit cheaper than the resorts. Walking distance to most resorts like the Radisson Blu, Wyndham, Sofitel and The Sheraton etc..Bulla bus hop on hop off all day is available and tickets can be purchased at the pharmacy or your resort. Westbus also services the resorts to port and Nadi. Neither accepts cash.

Great place although a little pricey but this is the tourist hub with people coming and going to the islands.There is a grocery store here, marine shop and lots of restaurants. Along with all the different island tours and transfers.If your coming in by boat from overseas this is where you do all the Customs etc and they made you feel very welcome. Clean and tidy Marina facilities like showers and washing etc.

Such an wonderful place all visitors very happy to go there weather international or local, the shop very nice cheap and expensive but very interesting places and food very yummy.

Good shops and restaurants, and the departure point for several lovely day trips by boat. I was disappointed on our last visit to be charged double for the trip home to our hotel by an opportunistic taxi driver. Given that I've been here for two months already, I'm across what things generally cost. Disappointing and I have to say, unusual.

A very pleasant way to spend a few hours during the day, especially the sunset and a couple of good restaurants around plus every now and again twirling firework show. A nice break from just sitting and watching the beach and very easy to get to either by walking or public transport is amply available. There are some luxury yachts every now and again.

Overall best shopping location in the bula bus route, keep up the good work however maybe try to get more snack or retail outlets for shopping.

Nice port but prices for everything is high to gouge all the tourists. Went on a fantastic sunset dinner cruise and day trip to Tivua Island. Both were with Captain cook cruises.

Pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the Sheraton. Loved the options of restaurants, clothing and souvenir shops. These are the same items/shops available at the stores in the Sheraton but way cheaper (e.g. Jack’s) and better variety.

Plan enough time to get there, there is usually a traffic jam in the morning before 9 am. On the main streets due to business/school drop off. Get into the building and the booths are nicely lined up for each group/agency.Bathrooms are available.

A stunning view with so much variety in the Mall. Most restaurants are water facing and a lite breeze with blue skies and great food makes for an unforgettable experience.

Crazy, chaotic but a wonder immersion in Fiji culture and tourism. The ferries are a wonderful service for island hopping. We nearly missed our but South Seas were great.

Enjoyed the mall after our cruise to malamala island was canceled due to heavy rain, had lunch brought some clothes and soveigners.

Very enjoyable course. Similar to Aussie Gold Coast resort style courses. Quite flat, lots of nice palm trees, water somewhere on most holes, but otherwise fairly open. Greens were a little furry and slow, but reasonably good condition. Fairways were mostly good. Little pricey for what you get, and isolated as it is in the resort not like you can go elsewhere. But hire clubs were really nice, full mizuno set. Clubhouse for a drink afterwards was great

The golf course was great, But I was sick of the amount of money this place tries to take from you... I asked about attire, he tried to sell me golf wear, I informed him that I had my own attire and I was simply asking what we were ALLOWED to wear on the course as it may have been a more relaxed course. He then sighed in disappointment. I asked to play twilight (3pm) and the staff member booked me in for 2:50pm PURELY so I could pay more. When I said I wanted it for after 3pm, he said I can book the tee at 2:50 but tee off at 3pm. (at FULL cost). He then informed me there was no tee time at 3pm.... When I came back. I rebooked for 3pm and there was no problem what so ever. He asked if I needed to rent golf clubs, I replied with no because I have my own, I received ANOTHER BIG sigh, If I hadn't have already packed my OWN golf gear on MY holiday, I wouldn't have come back due to being hustled!!!Tip: You're already making money off of tee times and most people renting gear itself, along with minimum wage being $3.50! STOP trying to rip people off when you don't have to!!!

Is it because it is located in Denarau, where hotels are concentrated, so you know that guests are coming without effort? There is a lack of effort to maintain the quality of the golf course. The fairways are poorly maintained and there are no grasses here and there. So when I take an iron shot, my wrist or elbow hurts. The area around the green is also disappointing. Traffic and views are good, but course management is below average. Thanks to some friendly staff, they give not one but two stars.

Played here recently on an Easter trip to beautiful Fiji. Golf course is fun and pretty easy from the fairways but the rough is certainly challenging- take a bunch of balls or buy them from the locals at about $1 each when you run out. Best value is the 100 FJD sunset game which gives you 3 hrs of golf with a cart - enough to get 18 holes in. As always staff are very friendly

Great course. Nice views over the ocean at times. Take a buggy and a few beers and enjoy. Golf, Sand aka Bunkers, beers and Golf what more could you want.

Hired ping G425 clubs, good quality, cart path well kept and beautifully manicure fairways and greens. Distance markers would be appreciated. Fun to caddy and enjoy the spectacular scenery whilst golfing

This course is a tropical parkland course well located next to the big resorts.Being parkland it was quite a bit more interesting to play then exoexted. Even though there is plenty of water hazards they didn't really come into play much. There were also plenty of well positioned bunkers with plenty of soft and heavy sand. The real hazard is the rough whish doesn't pose much of trouble at the first glance but we lost far more balls in there then to the water.In general its well maintained however the fairway was pretty hard which was helpful for longer drives but complicated for approach shots.The club has a decent restaurant with a bar and a pro shop.It's well worth playing while vacationing in Fiji.However if you can only play one round in Fiji I'd recommend Natadola Bay as it's just more entertaining and challenging.

The staff in the pro shop here really ruined our Fiji experience. We played 4 days straight and they were not at all welcoming or friendly. Just lots of rude attitude. We played on course each day and driving range but it really felt like they wanted to make it as unpleasant as possible.If you want to play on a reasonable course with no customer service, this place is for you.(The guys organising the buggies were all really friendly, the 2 stars are for them).

Great place for a family getaway. Friendly staff and pool crew. Slides are among the best you could find locally. In premise snack bars offer wide range variety of foods but sold at tourist rates.

So quite expensive cost us $500.00 Fijian for 3 children and 3 adults. Wasn't worth the amount of money however the kids had an absolute blast. We arrived at 12.30pm and left at 4.30pm. The only place to but food was manned by 2 people definitely very slow service. Expensive food 1 hot dog and chips $20.00 Fijian. 1 Scoop of ice cream was $10.00 Fijian.We had our own snacks we took in. My son who is 6 could go in all the inflatables by himself.I'd recommend it to parents with kids. They have a great Toddler sectionIt's unmanned though there was one worker at the top of the huge slides just focusing on one slide so it's up to the riders to be responsible.We did have lots of fun but definitely pricey.

Please refer to the water ride photo attached below, not recommended for cardiac , respiratory and asthma patient.Secondly non-swimmers avoid this ride,I was about to drown here and not aware or no proper intimation about the depth of the landing point in this ride.There is no sign board at the starting point.

Amazing place to enjoy with friends or relax with families.. Slides are clean and amazing.. Staff are very supportive and ready to assist non-swimmers.. Overall a perfect spot to visit.

We had the best time here, on the inflatable slides and Fijian fall slides. So much family fun, afew of us even had massages followed by ice cream, thanks so much.

We (2 adults) only went for half a day as we knew it was a good activity for only a few hours. The entry price I feel is a bit expensive for what it is, but was still fun for an after lunch activity. Facilities were good. Pools, water and equipment was clean.

Was a good place to get wet. The big tunnel slide has a very scary drop into the water. It is 2.0 meters deep when you are launched into the water. Hard to find which way is up. Be prepared for entry into the water otherwise it was fun. The life guards were very attentive and helped many people who needed assistance.

We had an awesome time with the kids at Bug Bula Waterpark. We spent around 4 hours at the park. The kids had a blast. Friendly staff and great pizzas. A must do when in Denarau. Worth the money and if you don’t want to slide you can may a spectator only fee.

The main event are the slides at the end of the walkway, they're awesome. The other slides e.g the kids ones weren't very good. They all had murky water too. But overall s great experience. Wasn't busy during our holiday so we had no lines and the park to ourselves.

Visited early August, great experience then expected only about 3 other families were there, staff were accommodating especially when we lost a belonging. Didn't try much of the menu but the kids loved the freshly made fries just about a 10 min wait for food. Highly recommended for family activities even adults can enjoy the park. Just note there are no in-house showers just changing rooms and lockers for belongings. A bit pricey but still good 👍

If you like overpriced activities, dry water slides with no water, broken ankles and un-safe environments then this is the place to be!Highly recommend if you would like to ruin your holiday! FYI they don’t have bandages for serious injuries. Staff members also look very depressed and upset to be there.

Bula Waterpark is a great family attraction. The slides and jumping castles are lots of fun for the children. For people who have never been to Wet n Wild or a water theme park, this is great. For those that have, just don’t expect it to be Wet n Wild or Whitewater World.There are a number of slides and inflatable slides, the water was clean enough, head down towards the plastic slides and there are daybeds around the pool area. There are a few trees and bugs but bring some repellent, slop on some sunscreen and you should be good. The ground gets pretty hot too so just watch your little ones feet.They are renovating/refurbishing at the moment, so only open Friday to Sunday. Just be aware of this as a lot of people (including us) showed up during the week and was sad to see it closed.Price wise, it is a little on the expensive side. If your kids are 4/5 and above, it’s probably worth visiting, especially if you need them to burn some energy. But it can be a costly day out, especially if your resort has a slide and pool.

The waterpark was really cool, great excercise going up the stairs and fantastic trip down on the slides.Good times even for a 50 year old like me.We had a blast. Staff were nice and the food was good.

Enter this park at your own risk!!!!Visited this park last week with family. If you’re from any western country you would know immediately that this park is substandard in terms of safety.You’re certainly going to this park at your own risk as there are nobody there to guide you in terms of safety and the level of intensity of the rides.I broke my toe coming down the slide smashing to another person who had already landed in the water. There was nobody there to notice this to begin with or to approach us to see if we are ok.When my husband ran to the office asking for a wheelchair or some help there was non available and the lady at the counter had shown no interest whatsoever and told him he needs to catch a taxi to get to the hotel ( no help offered to get me to the entrance to get to the taxi even) she carried on signing other people in!It is a long way to the entrance and I was limping and were assisted by my husband and a 12 year old who was in charge of carrying all the bags we had! Two staff members walk past us while we were struggling to get to the entrance in that heat and literally walked past us.I am not being a princess about this experience. In such a high risk environment for accidents the facility should firstly offer some help or have the basic facility to ensure help is provided to the injured person, wheelchair is a MUST to be kept in this facility.We would never ever go back to this park as it’s extremely unsafe, you would be left on your own if anything happens to you that’s why they get you to sign a consent form before you enter the facility, no where in that form is mentioned that “ we actually don’t care if something happens to you” but you’ll find that out yourselves.Will not recommend this park at all 👎

Great activity to add to your Fiji trip. Lots of fun especially for the kids. Would recommend the main water slides . The inflatable ones are kept in ok condition but we did get some scrapes from the Velcro going down on some. Still had heaps of fun

We wanted to try some authentic Fijian food during our stay near Port Denarau, so we tried this restaurant. We came on a Tuesday evening and there was a live band playing music. The ambiance was lively and the waitress was friendly as well. The food was good too. You can taste the perfect mix of seafood and spice. If you want to look for a place to eat at Port Denarau, this is the restaurant to go. The price is a bit expensive and geared for tourists, but the food and service was worth it.

Amazing food! Wish we found this place earlier in our trip. We went twice and they have the best Fijian food. Amazing Kokoda- best we had in Fiji. Delicious spinach soup. And amazing seafood dishes. We also enjoyed the stir fry. And they were so kind to our baby boy. Highly recommend.

My only regret in fiji is not finding this place until our last meal there!Ordered chicken wings,Fijian fish curry and sirloin steak. Spirit pours in co*cktails were generous and authentic.Wing portion was a little disappointing, but they were incredibly delicious.Steak was tasty,good portion, fresh, cooked medium rare (more on the rare side) which worked well as was served on a hot plate, accompanied by mash potatoes and a delicious peppercorn sauce.The curry came with an accompanying feast and the presentation was absolutely top notch.Be sure to check the photos, and the staff are wonderful.

The best resturant I have ever been to! The food was quality and beautifully presented. The flavours of Fijian food is so unique and refreshing. The staff were gorgeous and made great recommendations. Pineapple cake is soo good, make sure you try some when your there!!!

Excellent service. Let the wonderful Aggasai know what I was kinda wanting. She suggested three dishes and they were spot on. I then ordered a Lobster. You gotta pull them to pieces to get a the meat but worth the mess. Thank you for a wonderful lunch

THE best Fijian cuisine ever! You cannot go wrong here. Service is warm and efficient. Food is absolutely delicious and large portions. Guys if you want an authentic super tasty fijian style meal you must go here!

We came here for lunch today after seeing so many positive Google reviews and left happily fed by delicious food. Special mention to friendly and five star service by our lovely waitress Ana.We ordered the mixed seafood signature kovu and the ika vakalolo (fish with coconut cream). Both dishes were super delicious and yummy - great level of spice that is paired with rice, cassava and Fijian fresh vegetables. All the dishes ordered comes with carbs of your choice and vegetables.Highly recommended if you are looking to try some authentic Fijian tasty cuisine with some mild spices. With the Kovu, you will need to wait for 40 minutes so if you are not rushing somewhere - this is a great dish to order and wait for.Great experience all around. Will be back! Thank you.

Absolutely the best way to experience authentic Fijian food. Local owners and excellent service! We went back 2x and tried different things. All of it was wonderful! Loved the Kokoda, Kovu and the cassava chipsVulase was the kindest person and we loved getting to know her.

You can't visit the Port and not go here. Brilliant taste and great service (Aggie is amazing) all food choice fresh and delicious. If you want Fijian authentic food, this js where you NEED to go.

This little gem is tucked away around the corner.Great co*cktails with perfectly cooked seafood. We ordered the fish, prawns and the octopus. Both dishes were very tasty. Service was very quick and friendly. They also have entertainment whilst you eat.

Great place to taste Fijian food! We ordered chicken curry and signature kovu with chicken. Both were delicious! Chicken so soft, tasty kasava, taro and salads. There was also live music with we enjoyed :) really recommend this place :) Service very, very kind and helpfull.

Took my mom for her birthday and they had the table decorated a little fancier than the others and mom's chair had a gold net shawl draped on it. Food was amazing and the drinks were killers. They're pretty generous with the alcohol portion. Aggie was a hoot. She kept us laughing the whole time we were there. Only reason I didn't give 5-star is because food took a little longer to come, but would go back just for Aggie.

Great place to experience local Fiji cuisine and flavors.We came for dinner without a booking and the staff were so friendly and accommodating to our group. They also answered all our questions and made great suggestions based on our tastes.We ordered the Fijian fish curry, garlic mussels and pork belly along with some Cassava chips to start with. The meals were sensational!Don't forget to sample the Kava drink on your way out to finish off your meal.

Nice authentic restaurant and the waitress was great. Really enjoyed the seafood platter for two and my daughter had the garlic prawns with white rice. Food was good and the portions were just enough.

The octopus was tender and charred perfectly. The kokoda was also a lovely dish. It was a hot lunch day but once we got settled, we actually liked being outside because of the nice breeze. We spent our 31/12/23 at Nadina restaurant. We first wanted to get a seafood plater but we were advice by the waiter that it s going to be too long and its better to go with another dish. The co*cktails (Mojito) was delicious. The Kovu seafood we chose for dinner was amazingly delicious. We highly recommend the mussels with garlic bread and Kovu. Octopus also was so tender and excellent. We decided after this wonderful diner to book for our last night in Fiji but this time for a Seafood platter and this time we wanted to make sure that it was possible to get one. We called many hours before our reservation but the waiters were not that kind on the phone and finally we did not know if we could get a seafood platter. Unfortunately, we decided to go elsewhere as we needed to be sure to get a seafood platter before our departure the next day. Overall the food there is undeniably delicious but the service on the phone need to be improved as they could loose a lot of clients simply like that.

What a great gem to find in such a touristy shopping area. We wanted to try some authentic and influence free Fijian food and I’m so happy to report that this was amazing.Started with the cassava and dalo chips, which was fried yucca(cassava) and taro with a tomato sauce and rourou dip. Also had the ota miti, which was a sort of salad with a fern leaf from the hinterland of Fiji, with coconut milk, onions, tomatoes and scallions. It was really tasty, like a cross of lettuce and celery flavor wise.For the main, Kovu was ordered, they offer it with fish, seafood, chicken or veg. Fish is traditional, but we opted for chicken. The fish is an ancient way of preservation using turmeric, ginger, lemongrass, coconut and onion, wrapped and steamed in a banana leaf. It was very tender and the traditional flavors were so deep, and the side of rice just sopped up the super flavorful coconut broth.Also order an Indian influenced chicken curry, which was great, with rice, roti, dal and salad.The service was great, we came when there was a typhoon coming through and the staff was just great. Always checking on us, always making sure we had enough drinks and were enjoying the meal. 10/10

The food tasted so good. We had chicken and pork belly and they were both so tender and juicy. Thanks for the hospitality and the birthday song as well! We enjoyed ourselves and definitely will recommend our friends to visit.

Great experience! Had a lovely body wrap, facial and massage experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and open to customer preferences. Love that they use Pure Fiji products which are my favourite.Much cheaper than what you’ll pay in Denarau resorts, would recommend if you’re looking for a wonderful spa experience in the area

I highly recommend this spa for any type of massage. The staff here named Shayal and Tokasa are up to a high standard and know what they are doing. This is the best massage we have had so far in our opinion. Shayal and Tokasa have made our experience unforgettable and we cannot wait to come back on our next holiday trip and get a massage. I booked my wife and her dad’s tropical spa treatment, they enjoyed it very much by the look on their face! My father-in-law fell asleep on the massage table so it must have been extremely relaxing.They use Pure Fiji products which is very nice smelling and good for the skin.

Quite expensive compared to massages outside of the tourist area, having said that I got a 90 minute full body relaxation massage and it was very good.

My massage was very underwhelming. My masseuse basically just caressed me the whole time and didn’t actually massage me, apply pressure, get my knots out, or put effort into it. I asked her to massage more deeply and she tried more for a few min but went back to caressing. She was also sniffling sick which made me uncomfortable as a traveler who has already gotten significantly sick on my trip. My partner had a better masseuse who really put her back into it. I’ve had much better therapists with real technique before so I didn’t come out of this massage even feeling like I got a massage.

This place is truly an oxymoron. It was the best experience, it was the worst experience. I had a 60min deep tissue on 03 Nov. Soshi was AMAZING. Had this been my only encounter my rating would have been 5 stars. The massage was perfect. She was kind. I enjoyed the experience so much I booked a relaxing massage for 05 Nov. I carved this into my schedule as I also depart the island on the 5th. My massage started 10 minutes late, at which point I asked for a 30 minute instead of 60 minutes due to time constraints. The room was cold because the air was blasting. I was told the aroma was too strong so they turned on the air to reduce the smell. Ok, fine. I prepared for the massage. She "cleaned" my feet with a dry towel. My feet were cleaned with a warm damp towel on the 3rd. I told the masseuse lighter pressure because I had deep tissue 2 days prior. She started applying firmer pressure on my shoulders and I informed her it hurt. Someone came in the room 2 times. At which point, I discontinued the massage. It lasted 15 minutes. I paid for 30mins and left. The experience here is solely based on the masseuse. Hit or miss.

Beautiful setting. Lovely spa! Came out feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. Will definitely go back again.

A lovely spa experience. The cool air conditioning on entry helps the peacefulness wash over even just walking in. I've had a massage and a facial here and they were both very good. The attendant was friendly but didn't talk through my treatment, so I could just relax.

Went for a facial and was very impressed with the service by the beautiful ladies. The products they used were really good . Have definitely noticed a change in my skin. It's very hydrated and feels good. Definitely recommend and would go back again.

What an awful 'island' to stay on. Anyone thinking they are going to experience real Fiji island paradise when staying here will get a rude shock - beaches are a poor reflection on the country and waterways are mozzie infested swamps. Soulless place that feels like a Florida gated community without the alligators

Bula! Very overwhelming and busy place. Good idea to do prior research (especially online) for island tours or other cruises that leave Denarau. We were almost scammed by one company, who were partnered with Wyndham. They offered us a large discount on a Half-Day tour to South Sea Island, you just had to attend a Wyndham open house for three hours, with no pressure or obligation to join Wyndham, yeah right. We weren’t gonna spend our valued holiday time in another resort! Everyone had different opinions on which island tour was the best. Ended up getting no help whatsoever from the port. However, it is a well organised and easy-to-navigate port.

Excellent relaxing time. The perfect place for rewinding after a stressful period of your life. Great people. Great services.

We are staying in the neighbouring resort but heard that this restaurant is good so we just had to try them and it didn't disappoint. The location of the restaurant created a nice dining atmosphere. The service was amazing. Their vegetarian Pad Thai didn't have any tofu so I requested to have them. No request is too much for them. The food was great. Would we recommend this place - definitely 😁

We had our dinner two times in the restaurant food is good not great but service is very good.

My wife is Thai and always nervous about Thai food in Hotels, decided to try it and totally happy, every dish was top class and my Thai wife rated it highly, will be back.The staff were super efficient and attentive and that Fiji friendly that is hard to find. Mary and Jella our waiters was absolutely amazing with all request we asked for because of dietary restrictions. We ordered what we thought was the chicken cashew nut dish but it was far from it. It tasted like chicken teriyaki. We also had the sizzling seafood plate, it has 2 little prawns and 2 mussels….. the rest was all vegetables (not much vegetables). The only thing we ate and enjoyed was the 2 entree servings of spring rolls. The customer service was amazing though. Very friendly. However, we won’t be going there again.

Delicious food! Satay Gai was a fabulous starter option! Had the Pad Me Chaw for main & absolutely loved it! If you’re after a slice hit, I’d recommend the ‘Khao Pad Kiew Wan Gai’ (green curry). Favourite restaurant located within the Raddison Resort, would definitely eat here again! Service was great too.

Our server Mary was lovely and attentive. Had the chicken sate which was good. We ordered the pad Thai which we couldn’t eat due to it being way to spicy. So we sent it back and order fried rice . It’s important to ask for no chili in advance if your not into it . The dessert we ordered was odd kind of a mango coconut pudding

Amazing night with delicious food. Great atmosphere with the fire show in view and live music. The kids loved the spider drinks and our waiter Jella was very friendly and welcoming, true Fijian style. The chefs were short staffed but they fast tracked the kids meals which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

A great lively place for dining with the beautiful fountain view just outside. Chantara in Denarau Island offers an exquisite Thai dining experience. The menu boasts great variety, and every dish I tried was bursting with authentic flavors. The service by the staff ( Mary, Jelly and Dani) were prompt and attentive, and the chefs (Talei and Tom) magical preparation of the meal contributing to an overall enjoyable meal. The restaurant’s location is convenient and the ambiance is both clean and spacious, making it an ideal spot for a delightful dining experience if you are in Denarau islands and staying in the Radisson blu resort. Being from Southeast Asia, we know how Thai food should taste like and this restaurant is the best in Nadi area. It meets our expectations.This restaurant is located in Radisson Bluresort. Even though we were not staying at the resort, they allowed us to walk in. We waited about one hour for a table because it was fully booked. The dishes were authentic and delicious, maybe the tom yum soup could be more spicy as we are used to the real Thai style. Pad thai and fried rice were delicious too.

Day before we fly back to Sydney, last meal here, food was delicious, outstanding service from the staff especially Mary and Jella. Super friendly, made us laugh.

Overall, I had a good experience at Chantara Thai. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and there is a good outdoor Thai atmosphere. The menu is broad and offers a slight and well performed Fijian twist to traditional Thai dishes. Before ordering we were brought out a bowl of traditional Thai crackers, which were quite nice.The food is very tasty and has an excellent texture. The meat in both my chicken skewers and beef was a bit overcooked and dry, but this was only the performance of a single chef and visit. Once we informed the waiter Lote, who was very professional, he and his manager quickly rectified the issue.Overall it was a great experience, but only one of a 4 Star restaurant.

We did a full day at south sea island. The staff were friendly, accommodating and the views and activities were spectacular. Whilst we got a transfer from the hotel we arrived an hour before departure but that was okay as allowed some time for a coffee and some shopping first. Take some cash if you wanted to buy some trinkets from the local stalls on the island! Lunch was included and had a variety of options. Also a seaside massage is on offer - wonderful location for some relaxation!!

Half day tour was perfect. Lots of Communication prior. Just snorkelled off the beach and saw heaps of marine wildlife. Didn’t end up going out to the other reef , was an option, but didn’t feel needed to. Wonderful day to relax and unwind and lots of water and drinks available as needed. Lunch was a great balance and beautifully made.

Done the full day cruise out to South Sea island.Short cruise out then swap to a smaller boat to the island, very fast and efficient.Plenty of time to relax on the island or do activities if you wish. The only downside is that the day beds are plastic, and it becomes very uncomfortable after a while.Free food and drinks while on the island, and l must say, the food was very good 👍Entertainment was amazing 👏Well worth the trip

We did a full day @ south sea island. Amazing experience. There was 7 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Kids enjoyed having access to all the kayaks,snorkeling gear & paddle boards. Highly recommended.Would do it all over again. A great way to end our trip/holiday to Fiji. Vinaka South sea cruises.

It was such a beautiful experience. Locals were super friendly. We went snorkelling and it was amazing. My wife had never snorkelled before and was a little worried as she cant swim very well but the local Fiji snorkel guide took her by the hand and helped her through the entire tour. The coral reef was full of life.

Nice cruise, however if you purchase the round trip you can't get off the ferry at all. Very long day. Going out in the morning was smooth but coming back was rough. We purchased lunch for 4 of us, one got a very nice lunch the other 3 got a wrap without anything else. I will never go again for sure. Next time I will just island hope! Bula vinaka

The experience was everything that we expected. The staff were super friendly and super accomodating given we had missed our 9am boarding and they put us in at 10am with no surcharge :) Food was delish and plentiful.

We booked the finding Nemo cruise as we have young kids and thought 2 hours on the island would of been enough! We should of booked the full day. The ferry out was fast and efficient. The Island is so much fun that we wanted to stay all day. The submarine was great. The snorkeling was fantastic. Food and drink was well priced (free drinks for half day tour/ free food and drinks for full day). Additional food was well priced. There is plenty of room to relax. Salt water pool was nice. Staff were organized and awesome. The tours are well priced and worth every cent. Do it!

Loved the full day tour. Well organised tour group and the facilities on the South Sea Island were great considering it’s such a small island. Complimentary filtered water stations were available to fill up water bottles. BBQ lunch was delicious with really fresh salads and fruits. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cruise was definitely the highlight of our entire family's trip.We did a full day combo cruise lol and it still wasnt enough. Next time, we'll stay on the island. We loved it that much. Went to South Sea Island. Its satisfied the needs of my mum whos 73 right down to my 6 year old daughter. So everyone had a blast. The team was so friendly. Food was good. Activities were fun. Went scuba diving on the Island, a first. Will definitely do it again. Thank you.

Everything about it was fun! There are things for everyone to do including your little ones. Would definitely go back again on my next trip. I would recommend to book directly with them as you’re giving back to the locals instead of booking online through other companies.

We were craving burgers, and I think this is the best place for them on Denarau Island. Happy hour ends at 6pm, 2-4-1 co*cktails. I had a banana berry frozen co*cktail (can’t remember exact name) which was delicious. Live band was playing too, all very talented guys. Burgers were delicious, loved the spicy dip for the chips, and service was reasonably quick.

The manager and staff were extremely friendly! Get a free appetizer when you take an online review... so make sure to return & collect your bounty... we took full advantage of taking the review with each person in our party! Saving tons of money as we also went during happy hour! Also, the place has a great view is is not a far walk from the resorts! Happy travels!

Good food, generous servings. Staff were very nice, although they had trouble with serving a Raspberry and Lemonade, we kept getting Raspberry and co*ke. We were there for Happy Hour, so that was a bonus. The musicians performing that night were excellent, I could have stayed longer to enjoy their music.

Very different to any HRC I've been to. Only a bit of memorabilia, a lot of outdoor seating. With live music in the evenings. The menu was the same though, with some local flavours. Quality was ok, I had a burger. Service was good, people were nice.

Just next to the marina. Great staff. Only one problem. Their happy hour from 15:00 to 18:00 ends at 17.52 because they have a "system time" that differs from official time. Although I showed the official time to the supervisor, she insisted that the happy hour is still 3 hours as it starts at 14.52 and ends at 17.52. Sorry guys. I wasn't there at 14.52 to notice and in any country only the official time matters. Fix your system time or you will get many more angry customers.

Food was normal hard rock food with some Fiji specific food. Ate outside, view was nice but many different bands playing music at same time making listening confusing.

Love the fact there is a Hard Rock here. It is a consistently great meal and drinks at any hard Rock. This one isn't an overly amazing version but it's still a good meal. Happy hour 5-6

Such a great day. The food was awesome, the entertainment was fantastic and involved everyone willing to participate, the snorkling was great and the boat itself was absolutely fabulous, calm and relaxing. Hats off to you for providing such a great memorial day. We will be back.

Incredible experience on the Saber cruise with South Sea Sailing. Perfect day trip to the Mamanuca Islands, departing at 9:45 AM, returning at 4:45 PM. Once you board and go through safety instructions, you settle in your lounging seats and are served morning mimosas and snacks like coconut muffins and watermelon. Water and soda are on the house; specialty co*cktail drinks are available for purchase. The staff is friendly and outgoing and will even provide live entertainment for your enjoyment! The buffet lunch was a pleasant spread of different salads and proteins. You’ll sail about 1.5-2 hours to the sandbar where you can snorkel, sunbathe, and relax. The water is so clear and mixed with shades of blue. There is plenty of room on the boat to move around and lounge. If you’re weird about using public/community snorkeling gear, bring your own.This was a highlight during our trip to Fiji. I highly recommend you choose this for one of your adventures in Fiji. If you’re concerned about the cost or quality, it will be 100% worth it!

Was the most memorable experience of our latest Fiji visit. Unfortunately there was a challenge with our booking through a 3rd party and the South Seas team went out of their way to fix the problem to ensure we could make the trip. Staff onboard Sabre were awesome, friendly, fun and professional. Great day out. It was the highlight of my trip. The crew makes this experience awesome. They are friendly, helpful and fun.The food was delicious, and I loved the music and dancing.As a first time snorkeler, one of the crew, Simi, showed me how to use the gear and stayed with me the entire snorkeling time, making sure I was ok.Definitely a must for anyone visiting Fiji.

We had such a great time on our south sea sailing adventure I would highly recommend it to a friend and would 100% do it again next time I’m in Fiji!The whole experience was perfect! The staff were amazing and provided enjoyable entertainment, the food was SO yummy and plentiful, the co*cktails delicious, and the location was stunning! The day flew by, and it was well worth the money. We would say it was actually more than reasonable considering prices of other tours we went on and their inclusions.

This was the highlight coming to Fiji. Our teens loved it as much as we did - they even joined the dance party on the way back. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The experience world class. I could not recommend this highly enough. We have already told our friends it’s a must do!

Amazing day aboard the catamaran! I went for the full day cruise. The crew is very nice, the food is amazing, the experience was great.We sailed for about 1h45 until we reached the sand bar. During this time, we enjoyed some tasty food (quiche, pie, fruits). When we arrived at our destination, we went snorkeling to see the fishes and corals, enjoyed a drink on the sand with knee-high water, had an amazing lunch with generous quantities, and did more snorkeling before getting back.Less than 200$/ person and to be honest very good value for money.There were about 30 people on the catamaran and there was enough space for everyone.

Did the 4 night Blue Lagoon Cruise on the M.V. Fiji Princess and it was awesome. The people on board are incredible and all of us had the most amazing time. There are losds of activities which you don’t have to be part of but I would highly recommend it.Make sure you get a day on the island after the cruise before you head home to get your mind settled as the cruise can be overwhelming 😍

The snorkelling, sandbar, food, staff and experience was wonderful. We had a great day in Fiji. The crew were friendly and the supervised snorkelling showed us lots of coral and a plethora of exotic fish.

This experience was truly wonderful and romantic. The Coach Ice was very responsible and patient, helping my friend, who had never been to the sea before, to see the colorful coral and fish. The feeling of drinking on the sea was fantastic, the food on the boat was delicious, and the atmosphere for dancing was very cheerful. Sitting on the deck in bean bags, basking in the sun was incredibly pleasant. We spent a day on Sabre with the best crew! The crew were wonderful to my 10 year old daughter (who was a bit nervous) but by the end of days she was totally comfortableFood was yummy! And a great experience having a drink on a beautiful white sandbar! .

The boat crew were tremendous. Food and beverage service was an absolute first-class effort. Education on snorkelling and teaching for the inexperienced parties. The mood and vibe on the boat was awesome. Great party atmosphere where everyone joined in. The music was a blast. Thoroughly recommend it and will definitely do it again.

An excellent place to stay for the port.Not too far from the airportOnly a short stay would be advised as there is limited facilities ie small pool area dominated by Families, but great to do day trips from.Very clean and comfortable room which is large and spacious.Close to a few good places to eat and a small convenience store (high prices due to location)Excellent friendly staff.

The furniture in the room is quite old and has a bad BO smell especially the sofa as the pillows. The second reason for the low rating is the poor sound proof in the building. We could hear our neighbours conversations who sat outside on their balcony. We did ask them to lower their voice and they were already being very careful of keeping their voice down but it was still very clear through the walls. Not sure if the rooms higher up might be better. Only would suggest to stay here for 1 night to catch the ferry next day. It’s a 5min walk to Port Denarau which was super convenient!

Stayed here for one night before catching the catamaran to the islands the next day.Great location, short walk to the marina for restaurants etc.Apartment was a good size if a little noisy being close to the road.Would stay again if needed to stay at the port.

Rooms were a good size, however our room was on the road side of the block and there were delivery trucks etc early in the morning that woke me up. Pool isn't huge and restaurant wasn't extensive. Great location with access to Port Denarau for activities and to buy food.

We loved our 10 nights.Staff super helpful.We have stayed on Denarau many times at other hotels. We chose (The Palms) for their spacious 2 bed apartment. Very convenient to be able to walk across to (The Port) for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, hair braiding, gift shops clothing and supermarket.Great to have a full kitchen!The bula bus departs from The Port and next door to The Palms. $11FJD Adult daily and children under 12 free.One decent pool with cafe.We had a very relaxing stay, thank you.

The location is perfect for getting to the marina to catch the yasawa flyer (literally across the road) and the cafe staff were friendly and made us a nice coffee in the morning but the room honestly was the filthiest I think I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was riddled with mould, the bathtub looked as if it was about to crawl away on all fours, smuts and smears everywhere, hair on the toilet, hair in the bed, snot on our bedside table etc. Air con also smelled mouldy - probably hasn't been serviced or cleaned in an eternity. I think they just change the sheets between guests and that's it. Just gross. Also we were right by the road so it was noisy. I wouldn't recommend for more than a quick stopover.

Fiji Vacation - stayed at The Palms for 1 night before heading out to Sheraton Tokoriki. The hotel is an apartment style and so are the rooms. We had a 2 bedroom unit that had a fully functioning kitchen and included a washer and dryer.Unit was very spacious and each bedroom was large. Master bedroom includes it own bathroom. Another added bonus.The hotel is very well maintained and staff very friendly.Also had a restaurant located where the pool is. Location is ideal if your traveling to some of the remote resorts. Great place to stay, highly recommended this hotel!

Staying at this hotel was a real treat, loved it! The rooms are extremely large and very well equipped with more than you would need! There is a swimming pool and cafe which makes things more comfortable. The staff here went above and beyond for us, attending to requests beyond the hotel! Being located at the Denarau port made for such convenience accessing the ferry for day trips as well as all the shops and restaurants. A definite must stay for anyone wanting a convenient base for exploring the area and islands!

Couldn't use the pool as there was worker's doing the deck and painting exterior! Would have been nice to receive an email to let us know! Kitchen doesn't have much in the way of cooking utensils just the basic! Not happy with our stay

During my recent stay at The Palms Denarau, I encountered a series of disappointments that significantly affected my experience. Firstly, housekeeping took used towels but failed to replace them, necessitating a trip to reception to rectify the issue.Both TVs in the apartment were non-functional, lacking clear channel reception and a remote in the main bedroom. The WiFi service was notably unreliable and slow, with vague responses from the staff about restoration times.The cleanliness of the linens was concerning, particularly in the main bedroom where I found stains that resembled blood. The safe deposit box presented a security issue as it wasn't securely bolted.The bathroom's condition was substandard, with noticeable mould around the shower area. The kitchen's state was equally disappointing - rundown, missing basic items like a sink plug, and with malfunctioning appliances. The provided utensils were insufficient and unclean.Additionally, the apartment's design, with tiled floors throughout, became uncomfortable over time. I also noticed ants in the main bathroom.Another point of frustration was the noise from the main road and car park, which could be disturbing for guests in most rooms.The on-site "Cafe O" offered mediocre service and beverages. Their version of a cold coconut drink was unsatisfactory, being served lukewarm.Lastly, a significant inconvenience was the transportation arrangement. Due to a perplexing rule, taxis were not allowed to transport guests to the airport, forcing me to pay $108FJ for an alternative van service arranged by the hotel.Overall, my experience at The Palms Denarau was far from satisfactory, marred by a series of issues ranging from poor maintenance and cleanliness to inconvenient policies and services.

The pros for this hotel and apartment is that it was spacious and location is close to port Denarau with restaurants and shops.On the downside, our two bedroom apartment living room Aircon is leaking every day with the floor wet even after housekeeping. Since the hotel is near the road, there is a lot of traffic noise especially early in the morning when people on bus start arriving at the port. WiFi is also unpredictable and can be out for the whole night.

We recently had a family reunion and stayed at the Palms Denarau. A special thank you to the reservations manager, Aseri, who was so accommodating to our needs. The units are very well planned out with spacious rooms and worked very well for our larger group. The staff were so helpful and friendly, which made for an amazing experience. Close in proximity to the Denarau Marina, as well as a coffee shop in the lobby is another plus. Highly recommend this for a pleasant experience.

We could not fault The Palms, staff were friendly and accomodating, the rooms were spacious and with a well equipped kitchen, across the road was Port Denarau and the marina with shops and restaurants, and pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The apartment we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. The best part was that it's opposite all the eateries and shopping centre. The only small hiccup was the attitude of the front desk attendant. We encountered a rude and grumpy person called Inoke. He almost spoiled our mood and holiday. Thankfully the rest of our stay was perfect. This is an affordable place to holiday in Denarau island Fiji.

Absolutely recommend this place. Went on a private charter for 3hrs with two young kids to treasure island and did some snorkelling as well. Nessy and George were so good with the kids. Made the day so memorable. Thank you!!!

The day before we returned home we participated in the 1.5 JetSki safari. A big big shout out to Mike And Kelli for their extensive knowledge and amazing vibe which made our adventure that much more memorable. Thank you Mike and Kelli we will be back!!!

We wanted to go out a bit longer than the standard packages so we booked a 4hr private jet ski tour for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our guides, Mark and Seru, were amazing. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and made us all feel very safe. We stopped at a sand bank for some great photos, snorkelled over a coral reef. Then we stopped at Treasure Island to see Iguanas and baby turtles and have a swim in the infinity pool. Before heading back to Denarau we stopped at another reef to feed the fish, more snorkeling (saw reef sharks, snapper, nemo, and a ray), then safely back right on time. Recommend this place very highly!

We did a 3 hour jetski and snorkelling tour. It was a great experience for all 6 of us, especially for the first timers in our group. Shout out to Lisi on the desk and our tour guides Pesa and Simi for making the experience great, going above board.

It was my first time on a jetski tour and from the start Phyllis at the desk was so nice and memorised our names. Our guides, Simi and Pesa made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable even for first time jetskiers. The views on the jet ski and snorkelling (plus the turtles we go to see on the island) were stunning and I highly recommend for first time Fiji goers!

We went on a 3 hour boat ride with Captain John and Simi. We had the best time of our life they were very friendly and helpful and showed us around. Weather was very nice on the way to treasure island on the way back we had a big rain shower the whole way back. Caption John is very good driver and got us back safely without any worries Also went snorkelling with fishes with Simi that was also very fun. Highly recommend them to anyone that is planning a boat ride and will say hydro sports from Radisson Blu Denaru is the best rental to take. Thank you very much for a very memorable experience and time.

During our vacation at the Radisson Blu resort in Fiji, we decided to embark on a thrilling jet ski experience with Hydro Sports. Our guides, Mark and Smiley, were truly outstanding. Malachi and George We’re absolutely amazing! We booked a bit late in the morning but the team had absolutely zero issue accommodating us and a 3.5 hour experience through the islands, Jetskiing in the ocean is a whole new level of fun! We stopped at the land bar and went snorkelling for a half hour, Got some super cool facts about the islands and movies and tv shows filmed. Then went over for some food on treasure island and got to see baby turtles and some lizards! Malachi and George Made it a super special day for our crew and will remember the day forever! We did a private snorkeling boat tour with Hydrosport when we stayed at the Hilton. Although the boat showed up 45 minutes later than we were told, we still had the most amazing time! Our guides, Sam and Latti, were very apologetic and made sure that we still had a great experience. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They took us to a reef to snorkel and the snorkeling was unbelievable. After snorkeling, we visited a sandbar and an island to see some animals. They were great guides and I would highly recommend a snorkeling tour with them!

Had an amazing experience here! The scenery and the jump was amazing but the only thing that let me down was how the instructors interacted with the people jumping and myself, or actually, how they didn't really interact with us.

Wonderful. Absolutely recommend. It was my first time skydiving and I was obviously nervous. The guides pick you up from your accommodation to bring you to the airport. Our guides were very experienced skydivers (began when they were 14y/o). Everything was legitimate and organized, making for an exceptional experience!

Had a great time. Pickup from our hotel at 7, at base 15min later, met dive partners and had induction. In air by 7:40, great dive, on ground by 8 and back at hotel by 8:30. Thanks

I never dreamt of doing sky dive in my life, but CJ my instructor made it so comfortable and confident jump, loved every bit of it. Right from harnessing you up, taking care of all the safety needs, briefing, capturing photos/videos, they do it all for you. Kese who picked me up was so sweet, even the lady at the reception was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend them 200%.

Best view of Fiji in my opinion. Can see tons of islands and crystal blue waters. A bonus is the free air-conditioning at 13000 feet.

Amazing amazing experience and the best team ever! Sharon, Navi and Nasau were amazing in helping us with the tandem dives and Andrew is such a hilarious person! Best experience in Fiji for sure!

My wife and I spent the first five days of our honeymoon diving with Sharon, Pedro, Monika, Mark, Navi, Nasau, Adi, Vikash, and of course, Andrew.My wife completed her Scuba Open Water certification and I made sure I was there on the boat each day for moral support (diving as much as possible)as an advanced diver.Sharon is one of the coolest, calmest, most experienced, and knowledgeable instructors I’ve met. My wife came out of the class looking better with confidence, buoyancy, trim, and overall skill than at least half of the people I dive with regularly. Sharon adapted the class to Rachel’s needs and it’s clear that she is exceptionally confident and competent helping people feel comfortable under water.The booking experience was smooth and Andrew made me feel confident before and after my arrival. I’m biased toward SSI shops having experienced PADI and SSI but Andrew has set up a shop that integrates the e-learning with fast competence in a world class destination.The boat was comfortable with complete safety features. Though the staff chuckled at my cold water equipment, they set it up and cared for it during our stay. They easily adapted my DIN regulators to the available tanks and didn’t rush folks who sip down air and can dive over an hour.The staff matched everyone with appropriate diving experiences based on skills and did a great job showing off the area. The reefs are pristine, wildlife is amazing, and weather is perfect. They supplied shorty wetsuits to keep everyone warm in the tropical waters. I’m always warm and dove in just a rash guard and shorts.Denerau is a bit far from the best diving, but it is close to convenient tourist amenities. The staff at Whitetip closes that gap.Diving was varied with pinnacles, walls, current, and calm. Biodiversity rivaled the diving I’ve done in Belize and the coral was healthier. I’m excited to see how Fiji continues to manage their amazing natural resources.Sharon already got the shout out, but the dive buddies in staff, especially Monika, Mark, Navi and Pedro show a true love of sharing their home. Their passion for what they do is obvious and I want to spend more time exploring with them. When you visit, tell Pedro we saw his bubbles on this season of survivor!To sum up, this is the best place to dive in Denerau and I hope to visit again some day.

My first time diving,From pickup to dropoff The team looked after me and the other guests really well. Took us to a couple of dive spots and were really helpful, friendly and professional. As i was a beginner they kept an eagle eye on me and made me feel very relaxed.Saw stingrays, sharks, plenty of colorful fish and colorchaging thing that when you touch it it changed colors. amazing.I always wanted to see whats under the water in person and the team made it happen.Thankyou Whitetip, wish i had another few days left in holiday and i would have definitely gone again for a couple of days.I will be back! We had a wonderful time with the team at Whitetip - dive sites were wonderful. We did one large deep bommie dive and then visited Coral Gardens which was amazing. An abundance of turtles, sharks, rays and fish.Customer service was excellent from the time of enquiry to drop off at our door.Only constructive feedback would be the wetsuits needed an update as some were extremely thin and ripped, and short sleeve. It would have been good to have the option to go to a long wetsuit when feeling cold after the first dive.Overall, a great day and would definitely recommend

Service above and beyond is an understatement. Airport and sea transfers were awsome and on time, boats were clean and stuff super helpful. The best part was the care to help to find my AirPods that had fallen from my pocket. I got picked up from my hotel driven back out to the marina to find them and then track down the car shuttle and there they were. No request for payment just a good business ethic. Would recommend to anyone needing a safe efficient transfer! Awesome advertisem*nt for Fiji tourism. Thanks you so much.

Would not recommend. Utilised this company (as part of a package deal) to transfer from Port Denarau to Mana Island. Trip out- 1.5 hours late. Trip back- 45 mins late. The latter trip resulted in nearly missing a flight. To add insult to injury here, I had to CHASE THEM UP to ascertain where they were. Upon arrival at the port on the return trip, they tried to sting me with an additional charge (which I had already paid), luckily I kept the receipt. Only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the boat’s captain and his offsider. They also charge a $50FJD per person, per way, “fuel levy” (one would think that this would be included in the cost of the original booking). Overall I’d advise to pay that bit extra and go with a more reputable company, it’s not worth the risk of potentially missing a flight.

While we didn’t finally get to use their services, we really appreciated the prompt and helpful communication from Ron to help us determine our options for a smooth and fast transfer from Yasawa to Mamanuca Islands. We finally decided to change accommodation so we didn’t need this transfer, but we were going to go with Seafiji if we needed the service. They were most helpful and cheaper than some other water taxi quotes we received.

If you’re looking for a professional, well communicated approach to your private boat transfer from Denarau to the outer islands look no further than SeaFiji - I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service and communication. Being from Fiji I know it can be a hassle to get quick responses but I also am a New Yorker and Ron was on top of everything, especially during a pandemic. If you want any great service - book with seaFiji!

So Spa is amazing! Mum and I booked a rejuvenation facial and a foot revitaliser treatments and it was glorious. We were so relaxed after the treatment. Dorothy and Frances were sensational and so sweet - ask to book with them for sure! The treatment rooms are beautiful huts with air con and relaxing soft spa tunes.The whole vibe and aesthetic is gorgeous and relaxing and what a wonderful treat to add to the vacation. The treatments were included in our Waitui Beach Club Plus room booking., and we’ve booked a second round of treatments to enjoy before we leave.Update: second treatment absolutely amazing with Dorothy and Matilda. Hand revitaliser for mum and feet/leg revitaliser for me. Felt like walking on clouds. So good.

Experienced a top notch massage. The girls and I booked back massages but i also included facial massage. Although there was a miscommunication that i only booked for a facial the staff last minute booked me a back massage. To be honest i was a lil sad about the misbooked but they saw right thru me and booked me my last min back massage. And it was the best, shout out to Tema her hands worked like magic and i felt amazing right after. If you want a very firm massage i recommend Tema💁‍♀️👌 her hands knows where to put pressure😊 its amazing. Thank you Sofitel Spa staff❤️❤️

Very good massages and thoughtful staff. We are welcomed with a glass of fresh flavored water while we wait for our therapist enjoying a peaceful view of the ocean and garden, and afterwards we can relax with another glass of either juice, tea or sparkling wine. High prices but that is expected in a Sofitel resort and matches the quality of care. The treatment rooms and changing rooms are clean and functional but could be a little better decorated to transport us yet further into relaxation.

Michelle and her team at the So Spa Sofitel are incredible! We recently had our wedding at Sofitel Denerau and chose Michelle to carry out the hair and makeup after seeing the stunning work she had carried out. Communication was great and she made the wedding day the best experience. Was such a fun atmosphere and Michelle took lots of photos and videos to capture the salon experience. I recently got married at Sofitel and as part of the wedding package they covered my hair and make up as well as provided a 60 minute massage which were all wonderful. The hair and make up team did such an amazing job and I was so happy with the result. The massage was also really relaxing and a great way to wind down. The facilities were clean and beautiful and all staff so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit to Sofitel and the So Spa!

My husband and I had an amazing couples massage at the So Spa, Sofitel. The massage was amazing and we both felt so relaxed after. The ladies, Neha and Vinaina, who performed the massage were so friendly, caring and attentive.We had a great chat with Mereoni at the spa reception. She was so sweet and gave us another glass of champagne as we were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary.I have travelled alot, however, nothing beats the Fijian hospitality, especially the wonderful staff at Sofitel, Fiji. We were transferred to/from Nadi to our resort (15 min).Was considering 4 stars due to schedule delay, but I believe that’s a Nadi issue.Our helicopter was smaller (than some other Nadi helicopter transfer services) which was better! ... there were fewer seats which allowed us to go direct vs. making stops for other passengers.

Highly recommend it!!! Definitely a Must Do when in Nadi. I did the Mamanuca Islands tour and it was absolutely amazing. The views of Nadi and Mamanuca Islands is breathtaking 😍😍

Awesome helicopter ride out to Mala mala beach club the ride out is very quick but I’ve never been in a helicopter 🚁 before so it’s a memory I’ll treasure forever landing on a little island out in the South Pacific for the day was amazing

Tim was an amazing host on our Island and Mountain Scenic tour of Fiji. We were lucky enough to book our tour for our Anniversary with us and our two kids on-board the AS355 Twin Engine Squirrel.

BE WARNED!!!I had booked a surprise marriage proposal package for my partner which was quite expensive at $1900FJD.We did not receive the 25 min scenic tour as promised rather a 2 min flight directly across the bay to our restaurant which was good. after dinner we were supposed to receive a relaxing 40 min limousine drive back to our hotel but instead received a cramped taxi with an overly chatty driver.Helitours had promised to issue a refund for which we have not received to this day as the management decided we were no longer entitled to it.We will not be returning to FIJI due to the lack of places to eat, the hit & miss weather and the underdevelopment of the country in general.Bali is a quarter of the price and closer with much nicer places to see, stay and eat.

pick up was 45 mins late and very disorganised upon arrival but food was great and perfect location

Informative about Fiji history during WW II. Clean and well maintained historical place. Nice view across the Pacific Ocean from the gun stand: king and queen. They also have chart and pictures inside the information center.

Just saw these amazing young artists at the VOU Fiji Untold show in Nadi. Beautiful music, dancing and choreography, loved the change from traditional music to modern. I highly recommend seeing this beautiful show.

We came for the island adventure show as local gang (after turning up a week earlier to see when the show was and being allowed to sit in on a reversal) my son LOVED it, small crowd was VERY personalized towards him I think he thought he was part of the show….. dancers talented as both actors and dancers would recommend the island adventures to anyone wanting an afternoon session for their children

The cultural performance performed at Vou Hub is phenomedal! The performers are all incredibly talented and are very passionate which shows in their performance. If you are interested in Fijian folklore and tradition, this show is a must-see!

What an amazing show, both the music and the dance are so powerful. So glad that I arranged it to be a part of my trip in Fiji. Definitely recommend you to watch this show “Fiji Untold”

I was invited to Vou last night. (Thanks Kyle!) I expected something small and traditional. What I saw was a world class choreographed dance / ballet. Stunning intensity, dance, singing, drums, mystery / romance and brilliant costumes in a whirling mele of colour and sound. Non-stop coordinated athleticism, stamina and obvious enjoyment make this a really thrilling event. I hope we can get this group to a NZ Festival soon!

Hands down the best experience I had in Fiji. The performers and artists have clearly worked hard to master their craft and it pays off in a performance that is completely spellbinding. I was in absolute awe the whole time. The performers were also warm, welcoming and humble! I will never forget this experience.

This show was so so good, the dancers were wonderful. The whole show was mesmerising where you couldn’t take your eyes off them. A super story and I can’t say how much I enjoyed the whole night. What wonderful friendly people they are. Thankyou for a super night. 😘😘😘😘
