Additionally, if the Celestial Onion is consumed, a sixth (seventh if the Demon Heart is also consumed) slot is available, though the seventh slot will only be functional during Expert Mode and above. In Revengeance Mode, the player gets an eighth accessory slot post-Noxus as well.
Up to five accessories may be equipped at any time; furthermore, up to five accessories may be placed in vanity slots, which will show the items on the player (if possible) but will not apply any of their effects.

Notes. If the Demon Heart has also been consumed, the seventh slot does not appear in the player’s inventory while in Normal Mode, whether there’s an item inside it or not. It does nothing in Master Mode, or if a seventh accessory slot (or more) has already been obtained through the use of other mods.
